Q: What is the expected delivery time once my order is placed?
Method: Courier: The delivery time is 7 working days once your order is placed. We use PBT Couriers and keep a tracking number for each dispatched order.
Method: Pick up from Impact: We will notify you once the order is ready for collection within 5 working days
Method: Pick up from Te Kura Whakatipu o Kawarau: The school will notify you once the order is ready for collection within 5 working days
Q: What hours are Impact open during the week?
Open Hours: 9-4.30 Monday to Thursday and 9-3.30 Friday
Q: What is your delivery/refund policy
After your order has been placed we will send call you when your order is ready for collection, or if the courier option is selected we will send the order.
Please allow 7-10 working days for Impact to process and deliver your order
RETURN POLICY
If needed, how do I Return & Exchange Items?
If you are not completely satisfied with your online purchase from us, we will gladly accept the return or exchange of unworn, unwashed or defective items, within 14 days of receipt of purchase.
Please send original sales receipt with return shipment. Return/Exchange packages must be shipped pre-paid. Your card will be promptly credited (less the initial shipping charges), and a return credit receipt will be sent via email(Return merchandise after 14 days of receipt of purchase OR without sales receipt will only be given current store price credit, less the $10.00 re-stocking fee). Holiday and Seasonal theme merchandise will be allowed for returns 14 days after the calender Holiday date (i.e. Christmas merchandise can be returned for entire refund up to 14 days after December 25th).
To return or exchange an item, please follow these simple steps:
Repack the item in its original packaging, if possible, with the original receipt and message.
For your security, please return your gift with an insured courier and retain your receipt. Impact is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit. If you are returning an item because it was received damaged, defective or not the correct item purchased, Impact will reimburse the return shipping charges.
CANCELLATIONS
If you wish to cancel an order placed please email us on accounts@bigimpact.co.nz
We will ONLY except cancellations for a period of 1hour after the order has been placed.

Cardholders are re-directed from this website to the DPS secure payment environment to enter their payment details.
The DPS secure payment solution supports 3D secure authentication – Verified by Visa and MasterCard SecureCode.
We neither store or process card details on this site.
